Dear Colleagues,
On March 19, 2020 Los Angeles County (PDF) and the City of Los Angeles (PDF), among other nearby jurisdictions, ordered all residents to observe “Safer at Home” orders which are actions similar to those of other large metropolitan areas attempting to limit the spread of SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) in our community. In support of public health and safety, the SCSMM will postpone its annual full-day Spring Symposium until further notice. The Society will make every effort to schedule and deliver an exciting event in the fall of this year. We offer our sincere thanks for your continue support during this challenging time and wish you the best in health.
